No Flip Clip was founded and created by, me, Kelly Berridge, born in and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. I am a Speech Language Pathologist at an inpatient rehabilitation hospital where I serve individuals with stoke, traumatic brain injury, and other conditions that may impact their speech, cognition, or swallowing. In other words, I help people talk, think, and eat!

I have always found myself frustrated in my work setting trying to get to know someone's name, or finding someone who I am unfamiliar with- especially when I cannot read their name badge because it is flipped in the wrong direction. Or, when I have spent my own money to purchase a custom name badge lanyard, and it won't stop flipping! Even worse, I am trying to see my own doctor or am paying for professional services where the employee is wearing a name badge, but it is flipped in the wrong direction.

I stand by No Flip Clip and use it work every day. It will alleviate issues with flipping name badges whether it be for yourself, loved one, or employee.
